A New Entry for a New Year, A new way of raising Funds for our project.

There are so many Indy film makers using social media to raise awareness and money for their Project, and are doing very well at it. I am tryly inspired by ad lane's Indywood Project, the man thru determination and stamina has had some mamoth tweetathons and raised over £30,000, bravo my friend, bravo. So how will i raise awareness and money for this project, well I will set producer cash goals and When we reach them I will do a Publicity Stunt, with these stunts Anything goes, as i will do anything to get this project off of the ground, so if you have any suggestions, email our team and we will see what we can do. Todays interview with BCB radio-bradford

brief synopsis

After the death of both of his brothers, one to a war and one suicide in front of Andy, he was sent into a self-destructive spiral of despair. His whole life was turned upside down. Getting careless, he was arrested and was sentenced to 15 years in prison.

Andy has just spent over 4 years in prison for a plethora of crimes. On the day he is released from prison he has a chance meeting with his father peter. Peter has been sober for 13 months and Andy has been clean for 4 years while in prison. The pair decides to go to a narcotics anonymous meeting together, and upon sharing his life story Andy starts himself. So he decides to cut off all ties from his past and take apart piece by piece the very gang he founded.

The gang is a group of athletic young men and women who use Bmx bikes, skateboards and Parkour (free running) to transport drugs and other contraband around Norwich and its surrounding areas, using back alleys and cycle tracks to stay off the main routes and roads.

He finds out that his sister is now a police officer, and that happens to be married to the policeman that helped put him away. Nevertheless, tries to make amends to her, as well as his ex partner and their estranged teenage daughter who is starting on the very route that sent Andy to prison in the first place.

Can Andy find the redemption he needs or will the allure of his old life draw him back and threaten his freedom.

Although the film is set in Norwich and in the present, it is based on the experiences of former Drug addict and ex Bare Knuckle Fighter/ writer Will Gregory during the early to mid 90;s. The film not only focusus on the art of parkour but it focusus on deep addiction to drugs and violence and inevitably redemption

The film features a soundtrack from local artists including icarus vision and luke palmer

I have met with certain agencies in re of funding, i will keep you posted of the outcome. i also have been contacted by some of our hard of hearing friends and less abled bodied friends, so i hope to keep you posted here. ok here goes....when the project finally gets the green light to start full production, i intend to print and show a subtitled version for the hard of hearing, and if and when the stage version gets the green light, then maybe a signer at some of the shows. in answer to the questions from the disability rights people, yes i do intend to use some disabled actors and crew...i will keep you posted. also on a final note keep your eyes and ears open for artwork from the intended graphic novel x will x
